Registration Form

 

Registration/Show Guidelines:

 

  1. Registration starts at 7:00 am
  2. All motorcycles need to be in place by 8:30 am
  3. All motorcycles shall stay in place until 3:00 pm
  4. There shall be one person (adult) near the motorcycle at all times to answer any questions
  5. Please be courteous to all show attendees
  6. Please use proper language at all times, especially around children
  7. ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY IN’S ALLOWED
  8. Food and Beverages, including coffee & donuts will be available on the grounds
  9. If you have any questions during the show, please stop at the SAV Hospitality Tent, or get in touch with an event coordinator on the grounds
  10. Event will go on, rain or shine
  11. Enter the Fairgrounds from East Green Bay St. then Fairview Way (access is across from American Marine, and will be marked as entrance)

 

Registration Fees:

 

1.       There is NO entry fee for cycles,  early bird deadline is Aug. 14, 2008.

2.      Entry fee includes: spot for motorcycle and entry for one (1) adult

3.      Registration limited to the first 800 motorcycles; so get them in early

 

 

Trophy Awards:

 

There will be three (3) different main trophy awards given out at the end of the show, they are;

 

1.                Peoples Choice - Chosen by the people

          2.                Riders Choice - Voted on by other motorcycle entrants (cannot vote for your own)

          3.       SAV Choice - Voted on by the event coordinators

BEST IN SHOW – for any Motorcycle registered in the show, including class winners above
