FUNDRAISING
The Shawano Area Veterans, Inc fundraising efforts and goals are set forth in three different stages, they are;
Stage One
The efforts of stage one are to raise money for the Shawano Area Veterans Community Center & Memorials, by developing community based fundraising events. The proceeds from these events go into the general fund for the Shawano Area Veterans Community Center & Memorials
Stage Two
The fundraising proceeds from stage two are designed to go directly into the Memorials. The memorials are a tribute to all veterans that have served in the military. The memorials will serve as a wonderful historic trip for schools who want to teach their student more about the history of the Shawano Country Area dating back to the French and Indian War
Stage Three
Fundraising efforts for stage three now turn the focus back to the community. Proceeds from the Shawano Area Veterans events will raise money that can be given back to the community in the form of scholarships to area school students, United Way donations, funds for youth groups, women's organizations, performing arts groups or anything that is community based in the Shawano Country Area.
